Abstract

Any organization needs a strategy, a mission and a vision. With strategy, an organization achieves its goals, anticipates its problems, can have a longer life, decreases the failure risk. There are four key attributes in strategic management: It is directed towards all the organizational goals and objectives; Includes various stakeholders in the decision-making process; Requires short and long-term prospects; It involves recognizing trade-offs between business efficiency and effectiveness.
In this article we intend to analyze and apply the techniques of Strategic Management for the next two
years of Associação de Enfermagem Oncológica Portuguesa (AEOP).
